ENR California wants to thank this year's judges, who, once again, faced the formidable task of reviewing a large amount of information on the 116 submitted projects before selecting the winners. These industry professionals worked many hours, and we greatly respect and appreciate their key role in the process. (Judges whose projects were competing for awards recused themselves from voting in those categories.)
