2026 Registration Information

Attendees that register as a group receive the discount rate if there are 4 or more attendees. Group registrations must be made consecutively with the same method of payment (1 person registers the entire group). All registrations must be for the same package-type.

Attendees are defined as people that would work for a contracting firms, design or engineering firm, project owning company (Amazon, Google), government agency or authority (Port Authority of NY/NJ) and venture capital companies.

In the construction industry, a supplier is generally any company or individual that provides materials, products, or equipment needed to complete a construction project — but does not perform installation or construction labor on-site.

Registered attendees may cancel up to 30 days prior to the start date of the conference for a full 100% refund. No refund of any type will be provided for cancellations received less than 30 days prior to the event. All cancellations must be submitted in writing to enr@executivevents.com. Alternate parties may be substituted at any time without penalty.
