More than 75 firms have already thrown their hats in the ring for the 2026 Midwest Top Contractors ranking, submitting surveys ahead of the deadline.
ENR Midwest’s annual ranking spotlights contractors operating across a 13-state region including Kansas, Kentucky, Indiana, Illinois, Iowa, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Ohio, Nebraska, North Dakota, South Dakota, and Wisconsin. Firms are ranked based on their total regional revenue from the previous year, with additional breakdowns by state, specialty and discipline where applicable. The deadline to submit has been extended to June 15.
Beyond the numbers, the survey also opens the door for firms to be considered for Midwest Contractor of the Year. If your company has momentum—whether through major project wins, expansion or other milestones—this is your chance to make the case. Email Midwest Editor Annemarie Mannion at manniona@enr.com as soon as possible to be considered.
The July 6 issue of ENR Midwest will feature a profile of the 2026 Contractor of the Year, selected based on a close look at the firm’s 2026 achievements, project portfolios and overall performance. That issue will also feature the full Top Contractors list, including which firms led the region in 2025 revenue.
