Work included improvements to the kitchen, pharmacy, central sterile processing, conference center, medical imaging and cath labs, interventional prep and recovery, cardiac center, PACU, PICU, pediatrics med-surg, dialysis and four med-surg floors. McCarthy utilized laser scanning to model the existing facility utilities above the ceiling and incorporated into the BIM model where the new mechanical, electrical and plumbing were designed to have as little impact on the existing as possible. Rowland Luxury Homes was chosen by MSI West LLC to complete construction of the Chateaux on Central in Phoenix. MSI West purchased the iconic development in March after construction had been halted since June 2008 due to the market downturn and subsequent insolvency of Mortgages LTD, who originally underwrote the project. The architectural design is reminiscent of an old-world mansion or an East Coast brownstone, yet complemented by new-world features such as jumbo-brick, masonry, ornamental wrought-iron and copper patina finish turrets. The privately gated enclave consists of 21 luxury residences, each furnished with a basement and two car garage. In
