Lenora Robinson Mills was appointed the first chief operating officer for IMB Partners, the Bethesda, Md.-based private equity firm specializing in the utility and infrastructure services and government contracting sectors. She formerly served as chief operating officer for the District of Columbia Public Charter School Board. She also worked with IMB founder and CEO Tarrus Richardson at ICV Capital Partners, where she served as an investment associate. IMB also appointed Alison Alexander as its first general counsel. She is also a managing director. Before joining IMB, Alexander was senior vice president, general counsel and chief compliance officer at Precision Medicine Group.
Janice Gray has been named chief human resources officer at A. Morton Thomas and Associates Inc., a Baltimore-based multidisciplinary engineering and design consultancy. Previously, she served as vice president and HR director for the firm.
