FLORA is a 12-story, mixed-use apartment building being built by Swinerton for developer Chestnut Island LLC in Denver’s RiNo neighborhood. The $56.3-million, 207,000-sq-ft project, designed by Studio Completiva, will include retail outlets, offices, 100 apartments and 110 parking stalls. Work began in September and is scheduled for completion in May 2023.
