This LEED Platinum redevelopment includes a two-story classroom and science building, temporary modular classrooms and remodeled classrooms and lounge areas. The project also improved the site, with two new sports fields, a parking area, underground utilities and a complete creek restoration.

The site is located over an active creek, and instead of using temporary bridges, the team coordinated with four government agencies to install a culvert that allowed construction to proceed regardless of water flow. That saved money and allowed trades to get their materials and workers to the building more efficiently and safely. Sustainable project highlights include solar panels and a hydronic heating and cooling system with a supplemental energy-recovery ventilator.
