Crews transformed an existing two-story, 80,000-sq-ft building in Plano, Texas, into a new home for Success Partners. The work consisted of an interior build-out to create an open-office concept, lobby upgrades and a new central hub. A key aspect of the project was an existing 12-ft feature wall that the owner planned to repurpose. However, the contractor found that it would be more cost effective to demolish the wall and build a new one, opening up the option to relocate the wall and design a better lobby for visitors.
