When national accounting firm Moss Adams made a decision to update their workspace in Albuquerque, they selected to improve the entire floor of a high-rise, Class A office space in the city's Uptown neighborhood. The resulting 18,880-sq-ft space provides work areas for 130 employees in a floor plan designed to be open, collaborative and filled with natural light.
The design utilizes floor-to-ceiling glass walls, natural materials and a color palette in keeping with local vernacular merged with vivid accent colors. The new, open office setting offers a dramatic change that provides all staff access to daylight and views, a collaborative work space to accommodate varying work styles and a welcoming atmosphere for both guests and employees.
