Under his leadership, Fluor's infrastructure group grew to become one of the largest worldwide.

Renzler manages strategic accounts services and is responsible for overseeing consistent project delivery of multiple assignments in diverse geographies. Prior to assuming this role in 2009, he was executive-in-charge for the build-out of Bank of America's 1.63-million-sq-ft office in Manhattan.

Shannon is focused on sustainability with his work at Build With Prospect, which is a design-build cooperative dedicated to sustainable low-energy construction. He has also served as the founding vice president of the National Passive House Alliance, Chicago, and is a certified consultant and tradesperson in the passive-house building energy standard. Shannon's accomplishments earned him a spot on ENR New York's Top 20 Under 40 list in 2013.
