ENR Mountain States & Southwest Top Contractors Surveys and Preview List
PCL recently completed construction of the Avant in Centennial, Colo. The project features five stories with 337 apartments atop a two-story parking structure. Amenities include ground-floor retail, co-working space, a dog run, community garden, wine lockers, fitness center, yoga deck and a resort-style pool and sundeck.
ENR Mountain States & Southwest is compiling its annual Top Contractors ranking, which will appear in the August 24 issue of the magazine.
Contracting firms will be ranked based on 2025 revenues for work performed within the Mountain States & Southwest region of Arizona, Colorado, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, New Mexico, Utah and Wyoming. We have received nearly 70 surveys so far, and those firms are listed at the end of this blog post.
The Top Contractors issue will include specialized lists of the region's top firms ranked by state as well as the amount of sector-specific and green project work they have done in the past year. These surveys also help ENR editors select the regional firms of the year, based on a review of each company’s financials, key projects and other accomplishments. This year's regional Contractors of the Year—Adolfson & Peterson, Engineered Structures Inc. (ESI) and Hoffman Construction— will be profiled in the upcoming print issue as well.
If your firm does not appear in the below list, there’s still time! Surveys are due Friday, July 17. Fill out a survey to be included in the 2026 ranking at this link.
Note: Due to space limitations, it’s possible that not all firms that submit surveys will be included in the print ranking based on revenue totals.
