Hoffman Construction Named ENR Southwest Contractor of the Year

Hoffman constructed 2025 ENR Project of the Year Fab 52 in Chandler, Ariz.
ENR Mountain States & Southwest has named Hoffman Construction Contractor of the Year for the Southwest, which includes Arizona, Nevada and New Mexico.
In response to the Southwest’s emergence as a global hub for the semiconductor, electric vehicle and clean energy sectors, Hoffman recently established a permanent regional headquarters in Tempe, Ariz.
ENR’s 2025 Project of the Year, Intel’s Fab 52 semiconductor‑fabrication facility, was built by Hoffman in Chandler, Ariz. The $5 billion project delivered more than 2.9 million sq ft of advanced manufacturing space on an accelerated schedule. Hoffman is currently using a phased approach that aligns construction activities with progressive design packages on a Casa Grande electric vehicle manufacturing facility expansion.
Firms of the Year are chosen based on factors such as new initiatives, current projects and community and industry contributions.
