ENR Southwest's 2020 Project of the Year Finalists

Two integral colored masonry blocks break down the large volumes of the Casa Grande Community Recreation Center. The white walls of the gym have a texture block pattern that undulates to represent the movement with an active community recreation center. Pixelated block windows dissolve the corners at the second level track.

ENR Southwest's annual Best Projects contest will honor one project as the overall Project of the Year. To deterrmine this winner, our independent industry judges put forth finalists from the Best Projects winners they had already selected. These projects are then presented to the entire judging panel, who vote for what they believe is the very best project in this year's competition.
This year, our judges selected three finalists for Project of the Year. The winner will be announced at our November 9 virtual Best Projects celebration.
