Raymond F. Messer, P.E., president and chairman of the board of WALTER P MOORE, was presented with The Alumni Hall of Fame Award of Carroll College in Helena, Montana. The award honors alumni who have given outstanding contributions of stewardship – sharing of time, talent and treasure in distinguished service to his/her community and/or to Carroll College. Messer was one of three alumni to receive the Hall of Fame honor this year. The Central Texas Regional Mobility Authority reselected Kansas City, Mo.-based HNTB Corp. as its general engineering consultant. The authority operates Highway 183A, the only toll road in the nation during the past 20 years to meet operations, maintenance and debt service financial requirements in its first year of operation — generating $400,000 per month above expenditures, according to a statement released by HNTB.
