The renovation includes major structural expansions at the North Gate of M&T Bank Stadium that provide increased program options for game day and non-game day experiences, along with upgrades to the stadium’s club and suite level.
A standout addition is The Blackwing, an elite section featuring 10 luxury suites, an upscale bar/lounge and housing the coaches and national broadcast booths. In addition, a new field-level seating area below the concourse will provide exclusive player interactions.
The renovations presented an immense scheduling challenge, with 200,000 sq ft of new and renovated space requiring completion within the Ravens’ six-month offseason. To meet the aggressive timeline, trades worked seven days a week, responding immediately to issues as they arose.
Beyond the construction efforts, the logistics of operating within an active NFL stadium posed additional challenges, from managing deliveries in a high-traffic urban environment to collaborating with numerous stadium partners. The project was completed on schedule and at budget.
