Geddes and Co. are planning to carry out the Punchcard Building Redevelopment in Phoenix. The $100-million project involves adding new elements to the Phoenix Financial Center—which includes an 18-story office tower and two rotundas—to create a mixed-use campus. The additions will include a seven-story, 575,000-sq-ft apartment building above a two-level, below-grade existing parking structure. The 18-story office tower, erected in 1964, is commonly known as the Punchcard Building due to its visual similarity to a computer punch card. Geddes and Co., 3020 E. Camelback Road, Phoenix, 85016.
