A two-alarm fire roared through and completely destroyed a 56-unit, $5.5-million apartment complex under construction in Fort Worth, Texas, April 4. A spokesperson for the Fort Worth Fire Dept. says the structure was in the early stages of construction. No injuries were reported.
The owner, Moonwalk Real Estate Holding LLC of Dallas, didn’t comment on the blaze but says it is working with law enforcement and the fire department to determine the cause and will release additional information as it becomes available. The general contractor was listed as Crimson Building Co. LLC, of Bedford, Texas, according to Dodge Global Network. An April 5 call to Crimson was not immediately returned
