“We have quite a few projects in southeast Michigan, but also 12 with the state, but mostly in the lower part of Michigan,” says Beauboeuf. “In Macomb, Mich., the $217-million Innovate Mound project is expected to break ground this summer. Back in 2016, Macomb County received close to $100 million in grants for work on this essential transportation network that provides access to manufacturing and support of close to 30,000 jobs in the corridor.”
