Oklahoma-based Manhattan Road & Bridge Co., a member of the Manhattan Construction Group family of companies, donated $15,000 to The Children’s Center Rehabilitation Hospital in December. The gift will be allocated to the areas of greatest patient need in the coming months.
“During construction of the John Kilpatrick Turnpike bridge project at Highway 66, our team heard story after story about the life-saving work by The Children’s Center Rehabilitation Hospital, located near our job site,” says Eric Mainka, Manhattan Road & Bridge project manager. “In the tradition of giving back to the communities in which we build, we wanted to support the hospital’s mission to maximize the potential of the lives of children. We hope that by shining a light on their compassionate work, others will join us in supporting them.”
