The design and construction team worked to ensure that the strong Crocs culture and brand were reflected in its new headquarters in Broomfield, Colo. Working within a new core-and-shell space, the team evaluated design decisions and sought to meet the company’s branding and culture needs without busting the budget or causing constructibility issues.

The project wrapped up in April as the pandemic intensified, so crews quickly implemented additional clean-water stations, hand sanitizer, masks, health screens and adhered to all CDC guidelines. Last-minute adjustments ensured that the space would be ready when employees returned to the office after pandemic restrictions were lifted. The striking overhead glass doors provide the added benefit of allowing plenty of fresh air to come into the new space. The company headquarters houses more than 375 employees.
