A 5,422-sq-ft building was transformed into a modern restaurant while preserving its historic legacy on Park City’s Main Street. The reimagined space is now home to the Courchevel Bistro, featuring French-Mediterranean cuisine as well as a coffee shop and wine bar on the upper level. The lower level hosts a members-only après ski lounge with a bar, seating space, ski storage and a private, year-round outdoor patio.

Crews stripped and refinished the building’s original hardwood floors and replaced  the glass on several windows. They also installed imported granite countertops, new chandeliers and doors. The bathrooms were restored with wood grain tile that extends into the wine cellar and locker room to help complete this upscale hospitality experience.
