St. Agnes Academy’s new multi-use performing art center will host theater, choir and orchestral performances. During the project’s 291,000 worker hours, Bellows Construction had no lost-time incidents or recordables. Bellows performed weekly safety meetings for the entire campus, ensuring that every worker was educated on all safety practices and site-specific regulations. The auditorium had high ceilings and a balcony, so the team built full-height scaffolding on the interior and exterior so crews could work safety while tied off. Each side of the scaffolding had stairways for easier and safer access.
