The Mayo Clinic is in the planning stage for a $648-million design-bid-build expansion project in Phoenix. Dubbed Arizona Forward, the project will add 1.4 million sq ft of building space. The city of North Las Vegas is planning a $25-million, 140-acre-ft detention basin.
