University of California San Francisco is requesting bids by April 18 for the construction of the 270,000-sq-ft UCSF Weill Neurosciences Building. U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Los Angeles seeks bids by April 26 for the construction of mental health inpatient and outpatient facilities at the VA Long Beach Medical Center in Long Beach.
