Cincinnati Playhouse in the Park is in planning schematics for a $39.5-million project to replace the existing main stage theater/Robert S. Marx Theatre with a new facility with approximately 600 seats, new dressing rooms, a rehearsal room, green room, costume shop and backstage areas and lobby improvements.
