Mountain States Pulse: Construction bids for the week of August 14
Washington
The city of Pasco is planning a public-private partnership development along the Columbia River. Known as Osprey Pointe, the 52-acre site is already anchored by a city-developed office building. There is potential for transforming the marine terminal as well as developing multifamily, mixed-use residential, office, commercial and light-tech manufacturing buildings. The site, formerly a bulk fuel storage and distribution facility, has been remediated but approximately 14 acres are limited to industrial use as a consequence of residual impacts from contamination.
