Edlund, who has worked at Elkus-Manfredi for the last five years, is currently the project architect for a new UMass Boston residence hall as well as the Garden Garage redevelopment in Boston’s West End. She previously spent seven years working on the Boston Convention and Exhibition Center with Vinoly/HNTB. She has also worked for DesignLab Architects and practiced as an architect in Europe.

Since joining Gensler in 1988, Finn has focused on large-scale, multidisciplinary projects and land-use planning. As managing director for Gensler in Las Vegas from 2009-2013, Finn oversaw the design of Las Vegas’ $8.4-billion CityCenter development, the largest privately funded project in the U.S.

A seasoned Boston commercial real estate investor and developer who recently founded KIG Real Estate Advisors, Krebs focuses on real estate investment and development. He also provides fee development and land-use advisory services. Previously, Krebs was president at Trans National Properties and focused on two large urban developments in Boston, including a proposed 1.7-million-sq-ft mixed-use development at Winthrop Square and a 410,000-sq-ft apartment and condominium project in the Fenway neighborhood.
