Public Works Director
Ocean City, Md., Dept. of Public Works
Adkins has worked for Ocean City for 32 years. Before becoming the town’s first public works director in 1989, he worked in its engineering department and department of planning and community development.

Chesapeake Bay Foundation
Gorri, who joined the Chesapeake Bay Foundation in 2005, created and managed programs at the foundation’s Philip Merrill Environmental Center in Annapolis, Md.—the world’s first LEED Platinum-certified building. In 2011, he helped design and construct the LEED Platinum and Living Building Challenge-certified Brock Environmental Center.

In 2002, Heinlein joined American Contractors Insurance Group Inc., where he contributes to the safety initiatives of multiple construction clients. Previously, he was the Associated General Contractors of America’s national safety and health director. With 25 years of experience, Heinlein is a noted international speaker and an author and contributor to several books and manuals.
W. Charles Kreye II
Managing Principal, Site Planning and Engineering
Draper Aden Associates
With more than 17 years of civil engineering experience, Kreye has been the firm’s managing principal and division manager for site planning and engineering for projects across the country. He has extensive experience with site designs on federal, institutional, educational, energy, industrial and private projects.
Senior Associate and Technical Director
A member of the design and delivery team in Gensler’s District of Columbia office, Krieger has contributed to megaprojects across the globe, including tall buildings, airports and stadiums.
Krupp has worked in the general contracting and construction management field for 14 years. His experience is mostly in institutional projects, but it also includes multi-family high-rise, office mid-rise and tenant fit-out projects.
Whitman, Requardt & Associates LLP
Nizamoff has designed transportation projects for WRA for 16 years, including preparing contract documents and providing construction-related services for repairing or rehabilitating existing bridges as well as designing new bridges, culverts and retaining walls.
Area Environmental Health and Safety Manager
Scollin has more than 10 years of experience in the environmental health and safety (EHS) profession, including insurance, construction, manufacturing and public safety. He has worked as a project EHS manager, loss-control consultant, safety supervisor, EHS field engineer and safety consultant.

Stadel’s project experience ranges from the restoration of historic buildings to the design of new museums, athletic facilities and office towers. He’s an adjunct assistant professor at his alma mater, Drexel University.
Director of Loss Prevention
W.M. Jordan Co.
Sutton has been W.M. Jordan’s director of loss prevention for 27 years. He also is an active member of the Associated General Contractors, where he sits on the loss control committee. He is a 20-year veteran of the U.S. Air Force.
Tilley has more than 24 years of experience serving clients and designing facilities for learning, performance and recreation. He has led the design process on many complex, award-winning projects and specializes in renovations.
