At full occupancy, the office will employ 1,250 workers. Anticipating LEED gold certification, the site provides showers and changing rooms for bicyclists. The site plan reflects a campus configuration with parking located at the site’s entrance. Consisting of two 55,000-sq-ft floor plates with a shared lobby, the space features recessed windows to provide shade from direct sunlight. The lobby accentuates a dramatic open staircase, with the exterior providing the sense of a significant corporate entry.
