The Emigration Fire Station No. 119 is a two-story, three-bay, 10,440-sq-ft fire station serving the Emigration Canyon area. The station includes a workout room with a rubberized floor, dorm areas, a large break room, outdoor deck and a kitchen area. The entrance to the facility features a wood door surrounded by hand-stained glass and a stamped concrete floor. Heated floors, automated doors, exterior lighting and high-pressure lines are provided for the apparatus bays.

South Valley Water Reclamation Facility – Project 4C

The exterior is fully landscaped and surrounded by natural rock retaining walls with a full concrete parking bay entrance. The facility also includes aluminum-clad wood windows, a self-contained backup power system and a metal roof. The facility is built from steel trussing, fiber board siding and stone veneer. Flooring includes rubber matting, tile, carpet and concrete.
