Paric Leads $14 Million in Projects at Nursing Facility in St. Louis
St. Louis contractor Paric is managing the newly started $4.6-million, 51,000-sq-ft renovation of a skilled nursing facility at the Village of St. Mary’s “Villa Theresa” Continuum of Care Retirement Community in O’Fallon, Mo. The work is expected to take 10 months.
Paric is also managing the $9.5-million “Phase II” senior-living renovation begun at the facility last October. That project is turning about 21,000 sq ft of existing space into 15 affordable apartments for seniors.
