JE Dunn Construction Co. completed work on the project in April and had no recordable or lost-time accidents over the course of 407,363 man-hours.

The contractor used a comprehensive safety program that included a number of requirements above and beyond OSHA standards to ensure that every worker at the site met safety performance goals, including 100% fall protection, 100% high-visibility clothing, 100% eye protection and task-specific job-safety analyses.
