Patrick Bridges has been promoted to divisional manager at Cherry Cos. Bridges has been with Cherry for five years and has served in a number of roles, starting as a heavy equipment operator.

PATTON

Brandon Patton has been promoted to regional manager for Bartlett Cocke General Contractor's North Texas area. Patton has been with Bartlett Cocke for 14 years, working as a project manager and senior project manager in the company's Austin and San Antonio offices.

BOZ

Mehmet Boz has joined KCI Technologies Inc. as civil practice leader and San Antonio office manager. Before joining KCI, Boz served as a project manager for national engineering firms, where he managed water-related civil infrastructure projects and helped lead and influence strategic planning.

MOON

Northwest Technical Solutions has hired two employees. Cecil Moon has joined NTS as engineering product manager. Moon previously worked at Ensco as a subsea superintendent for the Gulf of Mexico region.

Dan Thibodeau has joined NTS as a technologist. Thibodeau was previously a senior software consultant at WEST Engineering Services and then at Lloyd's Register Energy.

Skanska USA has hired Wayne Davis and John Leos as project executives at its Houston office.

HOLLIDAY

Mark J. Holliday has joined Pape-Dawson Engineers Inc. as senior project manager in the firm's Dallas office.

 

FERRAN

Max Ferran has joined DonahueFavret Contractors Inc. as a project manager.

 

Randall C. Redmond has joined CDM Smith as a client service leader for the firm's Texas transportation clients. Most recently, he was director of the Texas Dept. of Transportation's Dallas Fort Worth (DFW) Strategic Projects Office, where he oversaw procurement, construction and operations and maintenance on a portfolio of seven large managed-lane and toll projects.

GRANDBOIS

Ben Grandbois has been promoted to Dallas branch manager at Western Specialty Contractors. Grandbois was previously a field engineer at Western Summit Constructors in Denver, a masonry laborer/operator at Haugen Masonry in Moorhead, Minn., and a laborer for Classic Concrete in Detroit Lakes, Minn.

Luis Alday has joined Lockwood, Andrews & Newnam Inc. as stormwater manager for the San Antonio area.

The American Council of Engineering Companies of Louisiana has elected Tuncer "Tony" A. Arikol of Baton Rouge-based Professional Engineering Consultants Corp. as president of its board of governors for 2015-16. Other officers elected at the association's recent annual meeting include Robert Schmidt of AECOM, Baton Rouge, who was named president-elect; Kurt Evans of Digital Engineering Inc., Kenner, vice president; Raymond J. Reaux of C.H. Fenstermaker & Associates Inc., Lafayette, secretary-treasurer; and D. Brad Graff of Cothren, Graff, Smoak Engineering Inc., Shreveport, national director.
