Bradford Gatlin joins Lang Wyatt Construction as project manager. With a degree in civil engineering, he has 37 years of experience in planning, management, control and supervision for projects including commercial, mining, government and education. Gatlin most recently worked with Concord General Contracting for 12 years, and prior to that he was with T.L. Roof.

Sundt Construction Inc. has hired Scot Bennett as a business development representative. Bennett brings more than a decade of business development and design experience to Sundt, having previously served as a designer and then director of business development for Davis. He also served as director of business development with Barton Malow. Bennett holds a bachelor's degree in architecture from Woodbury University.

Ward Simpson will lead Rider Levett Bucknall's project management division in the Phoenix office. Simpson has managed architectural, engineering and management consulting firms for more than 37 years. Simpson has a bachelor's degree in environmental design and a bachelor's of architecture from the University of Kansas; he has also pursued graduate school work in civil engineering, business and construction management at the University of Colorado at Boulder.

His experience encompasses strategizing complicated projects and providing programming, facility assessment, project management, design and cost control services for educational, governmental and commercial clients.

John Currie brings years of industry experience to his new position as regional sales manager for Cashman Equipment's Reno, Nev., office. Currie began his career in the equipment business at Western States Equipment Co. and progressed into sales management at Seattle's NC Machinery. He later returned to Western States and worked his way up to vice president of service.

Greg Gesicki has been named a design-build manager at Parsons Brinckerhoff. Based in Tempe, Ariz., Gesicki will support the firm's U.S. offices in the pursuit of major design-build, construction manager-at-risk and public-private partnership opportunities. Gesicki has more than 26 years of industry experience, with 13 years in senior leadership at engineering firms. He has a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from Colorado State University.

Tom O'Neil has been appointed as a senior principal at DLR Group.

O'Neil is the Southwest regional leader for the firm, directing operations in six states. He joined the company in Phoenix in 1989 and has contributed as a project leader, K-12 sector leader and office leader.

James Tometich joins RSG Builders LLC in Phoenix as project manager. He will be responsible for overseeing the complete construction process, from pre-construction to close out, for a variety of projects. RSG customers include Seattle-based Vulcan Real Estate and Miller-Global Properties of Denver.

Jim Gist has been appointed chief sales and marketing officer at JBA Consulting Engineers, with a dual role of overseeing brand growth through communications and marketing and securing sales. He has more than 15 years of experience in marketing, business development and sales in the technology industry.
