Argiris is a senior member of Arup's management team and has almost three decades of experience as a structural engineer. Since joining Arup in 1995, Argiris has led multidisciplinary teams on projects including major new arts centers, mixed-use high-rise towers, transportation projects and public art projects. Projects include the 9/11 Memorial in Jersey City, N.J.

Butts has served as the executive director of the Associated General Contractors of Connecticut, a division of the Connecticut Construction Industries Association, since Jan. 1, 2010. AGC/CT represents commercial, industrial and institutional construction contractors, subcontractors, material suppliers and professionals serving the Connecticut construction industry. Butts also serves as the CCIA's director of administrative affairs. Prior to his current position, Butts served as assistant executive director of the AGC/CT between July 2008 and December 2009. From 1992 to 2008, he was the executive director of the Associated General Contractors of Maine.

Cooper is also a member of the U.S. Green Building Council, Urban Land Institute, the American Society of Heating, Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Engineers, and the National Fire Protection Association.
