Meet the Judges

ENR New England’s list of Top Young Professionals is determined by an independent jury. This year’s jury included:

Michelle Carlson, Senior Project Manager and Principal, BL Cos.

Carlson has more than 28 years of experience in engineering, land development and construction management in the commercial, retail, residential, industrial, municipal and education sectors. She has expertise in project management, land development and construction management, including acquisition of permits and entitlements from government entities and utilities.

Todd Hanson, Healthcare Studio Leader, JSA

Hanson has been integral in establishing JSA's reputation for innovative programming, design sensitivity and client service. Since joining JSA in 1987, Hanson has directed a multitude of health care projects ranging from comprehensive master plans to new psychiatric hospitals to community health clinics.

Jason Theberge, Life Science Project Executive, Commodore Builders

Theberge has more than 20 years of experience at such firms as Kiewit, Jacobs, Shire and now at Commodore. His experience includes tenant fit-ups, laboratory, cGMP warehouse, packaging/labeling, downstream/upstream manufacturing and central service projects. Theberge's clients include Biogen-Idec, Shire, Ariad, Wyeth, DOW, Merrimack, ID Biomedical and Draper Labs.
