ENR Mountain States previously announced its 2021 Best Projects award winners (see my editor’s blog on this website). Now, after tabulating final results and polling our judges, we are ready to reveal the winners of this year’s Best Projects Excellence in Safety and Excellence in Sustainability Awards.

This year’s safety competition was one of the most competitive so far. Our safety judges noted the special challenges firms faced during the pandemic as well as a myriad of new health and safety protocols on jobsites. While nearly all firms were innovative in their own ways in facing those challenges, the following firms made special efforts to keep their people safe.

At this time, we still plan to host these events in person, but we're keeping a close eye on local health and safety guidelines and will change to a virtual format should that be required.

Congratulations to the winners!
