In the January print edition, ENR Southeast will debut its Watch List, a look at trends and developments that could impact the regional construction industry during the coming year.

On Nov. 11, the Atlanta Braves shocked baseball fans and citizens of Atlanta with the team's announcement that it was planning to leave Turner Field for a new stadium in nearby Cobb County.

Surely the lawsuit ranks as one of the industry's never-changing constants. A reminder of this came recently, when one of the Southeast's most well-known legal battles came to an official conclusion, just as another owner-versus-builder suit was just beginning.

ENR Mid-Atlantic is proud to announce the winners of its 2013 Best Projects competition, honoring the top projects in Delaware, Maryland, Pennsylvania, Virginia and the District of Columbia.

This year's judges recognized the MIA AirportLink Metrorail Extension as the winner of the Excellence in Safety Award.

This year, ENR Southeast's Best Projects judges considered three entries for the Project of the Year award.

Once again, the judges have spoken. And ENR Southeast is honored to announce this year's winners in our annual Best Projects contest.

Greensboro, N.C.-based D.H. Griffin Wrecking Co. was named as this year's Specialty Contractor of the Year for the Southeast.

The amount of 2012 regional revenue collectively reported in this year's Top Specialty survey showed a significant increase over the prior year.
