ENR West Announces 2026 Top Young Professionals

The 2026 Top Young Professionals from ENR’s West region have been selected!
More than 100 candidates from across the region were evaluated by this year’s team of judges, and a total of 30 professionals under the age of 40 were chosen for recognition. ENR West includes California, Washington, Nevada, Oregon, Hawaii and Alaska.
This year’s panel of judges included:
- Mannie Barnes, construction manager, Guy F. Atkinson
- Michael Boomsma, senior vice president, education and facilities, Cordoba Corp.
- Jeff Byrne, senior superintendent, J.E. Dunn Construction
- K.K. Clark, project executive, Clark Construction
- Diego de Veyga, US director for Contractor Delivery, Hatch
- Wendy MacLeod, project executive, Turner Construction Co.
- Paul Pendergast, founder of BuildOut California
- Michelle Rabinovich, director of preconstruction, KPRS
Judges did not score applications from individuals working at the same firm or with which they had any conflicts of interest.
Each awardee will be featured in the first issue of ENR West in 2026, detailing their successes and careers so far. Winners from the five regions are automatically entered into ENR's National Top 20 Under 40 contest.
