Design firm Method Studio has announced that Rob Beishline is a new principal. Method also recently added new associate principals Scott Smith, Breann Coggins and Kim Webb to its ranks.
Trammell Crow Co. (TCC) has promoted Erik Hagevik to lead its Colorado market operations. Hagevik joined TCC in 2019 to expand the firm’s residential development platform in Denver and was promoted to principal in 2022. He has 30 years of experience in the multifamily sector and has overseen a variety of industrial, multifamily, office and life science pursuits in the Denver and Salt Lake City markets. Bill Mosher, who has served in this role since 2006, will transition to senior managing director at the firm.
Flintco LLC has promoted Steve Eikanger to president and CEO. He joined Flintco’s Denver office in 2018 after a 20-year career with GE Johnson Construction.
Dan Craig was recently promoted to principal at Shears Adkins Rockmore Architects (SAR+). His work in recent years has included projects for Denver Botanic Gardens, the DU Burwell Center for Career Achievement, Meow Wolf and Colorado Academy.
Dewberry water market segment leader Todd Shafer has been promoted to vice president. Based in the Denver office, Shafer joined Dewberry in 2018 and has 27 years of experience. Jennifer Novac, a senior quality manager for Dewberry’s geospatial and technology services practice, has been promoted to associate vice president. She is also based in the firm’s Denver office. Christian Marsh-Frydenlund, a program manager in the firm’s commercial construction practice has been promoted to associate vice president. She is based in Dewberry’s Greenwood Village, Colo., office.
Ware Malcomb has promoted Rob Kiester to director of the architecture studio in the firm’s Denver office. Kiester has more than 12 years of experience leading significant industrial, office, public, retail and restaurant projects. Since joining Ware Malcomb in 2016, he has also diversified the firm’s Colorado portfolio with new life science and multifamily projects.
Aaron Wiebelhaus has been named senior vice president of Turner Construction Co.’s North Central region. Previously, he served as vice president and general manager at the firm.
Susan Gehoski has joined the Denver office of Brown and Caldwell as senior vice president and its new chief people officer. She previously served on the leadership team at a global mining company.
Jason Coughlin has been promoted to vice president of operations at McCarthy Building Cos. in Denver. Most recently, Coughlin served as project director at McCarthy and helped oversee projects including UCHealth Longs Peak Medical Center and Children’s Hospital Colorado.
