MRA Group is building the up to $25-million Multi-Tenant Labs at Building 702 (Fit Up) in Wilmington’s Chestnut Run Innovation & Science Park. The 200,000-sq-ft project includes units ranging from 2,000 sq ft to 60,000 sq ft, depending on the tenant. Tenant negotiations are underway. National Real Estate Advisors is planning a project called The Stacks Mixed Use - Buzzard Point - Parcel E - Res. The up to $50-million design-bid-build project is expected to start on Dec. 1 and includes one 12-story building with one story below grade. The more than 206,400-sq-ft building would have approximately 175 residential units. The large track review application has been filed with the DC Office of Planning. The proposed second phase includes a two-story, below-grade garage to accommodate 1,000 parking spaces for three mixed-use residential buildings. NHT/Enterprise Preservation Corp. is building the Congress Heights Mixed-Use Office project at 13th Street SE and Alabama Avenue SE. The up to $50-million design-bid-build project, expected to start on Dec. 1, includes one office building for a total of 240,000 sq ft, including below-grade parking. Colbert Matz Rosenfelt Inc. is planning the Studious Student Housing project at 706 Washington Ave. and 100 W Joppa Road in Towson. The up to $50-million project, targeted to start Nov. 1, includes one structural steel building with two stories above grade for a total of 114,000 sq ft with 170 units. Pennsylvania

Bids to modernize the State Police Academy in Hershey are due to the Dept. of General Services at 2 p.m. on Nov. 15. The up to $290-million project includes one building five stories above ground. The project includes 300 single-person dorms, indoor tactical village training, a 500-person auditorium, two gyms, a training track, medical facilities and a weight room. The project also includes a two-story Bureau of Emergency Special Operations headquarters. Skidmore Owings & Merrill is the architect. West Virginia

Marshall University is building a $25-million baseball stadium in Huntington. The 31,000-sq-ft project includes a precast seating bowl with fixed stadium seating and bench seating with backrests, a partially elevated concourse paired with a slab-on-grade concourse supporting concessions, restrooms, ticketing, team store and lobby space. The project also includes locker rooms, a training room, equipment room, film study classroom, batting cages and dugouts as well as a synthetic turf playing field. Demolition has started, and plans are in design. Work is expected to start Jan. 1, 2023, and finish in July 2024. AECOM is the architect and civil, electrical, mechanical and structural engineer.
