Crews placed the slab and tilt wall panels for this 554,000-sq-ft distribution warehouse in late 2019 and early 2020 at a 1,500-acre industrial park crossing the Mississippi and Tennessee state lines. Shortly after, the building sold to the current owner, which then requested a 338,286-sq-ft expansion, with completion of the entire office/distribution/manufacturing facility required by September 2020.

With one of the wettest seasons in years, the team ran into issues with the project’s access road. A gravel/concrete access road didn’t withstand the rain, resulting in issues moving the crane for tilt-up work. To stay on schedule, crews shored up and added concrete for a more stable road.
