LeChase, Dewberry NJIT, Others Make Key Appointments
Dewberry has made several regional appointments in various offices. In Bloomfield, N.J., Ray Dominguez was hired as manager of its traffic engineering department; he was a transportation planning and engineering manager at HNTB. Also in Bloomfield, S. Andrew Kamilaris was promoted to vice president; Bryan Garbasz to associate vice president; David Hill, Kenneth Spahn and Brooke Weinstein were promoted to senior associate roles; and Matthew Alboum and Robert Biller to associate positions. In Mt. Laurel, N.J., the firm elevated Evan Hill and Keith Ludwig to senior associate roles, while Robert Foley and Erin Gehan were named to similar roles in Parsippany, N.J. In New York City, Katherine Dewkett and Ozlen Ozkurt have been promoted to associate vice president and Daren Dong and Leonid Ostrovsky to senior associate roles.
Global Infrastructure Solutions, a New York City firm with investments in seven construction, program and project management companies, has named Daniel P. McQuade as managing director. A veteran since last September of Tishman Construction, now a unit of AECOM, he was previously group president of construction services at the latter firm.
Muss Development has promoted Jason Muss to president. He also is a principal.
Colliers International has hired Joe Bolano as regional director, health care and life sciences. He was vice president and health care/sciences sector leader at The LiRo Group.
Brian Dolan has joined Mass Contracting Corp. as a project manager. He had been a data consultant for First Derivatives.
New Jersey Institute of Technology (NJIT), Newark, has named Branko Kolarevic dean of the College of Architecture and Design, effective July 1. He was a founding director of the Laboratory for Integrative Design at the University of Calgary and held a chair in integrated design. Kolarevic also is president of the Association of Collegiate Schools of Architecture, which has 200 member schools representing more than 6,000 architecture faculty members.
Engineering firm Modjeski and Masters has promoted Blaise Blabac to senior project manager, structures, from associate.
LeChase has promoted Barbara Sauer, formerly corporate controller, to vice president of finance. Lee Sommerman, also now a vice president, had been regional operations manager.

Michael Holloway has joined Pizzarotti Group in New York City as chief operating officer from a previous role as director of operations for Leeding Builders Group.
