The Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority seeks a consultant to provide design-build services for demolition and replacement of the Northern Bus Division and the Bladensburg Bus Division at 2251 26th St. NE. Required work may include site survey, geotechnical and environmental investigations and cost estimating. Donohoe Development Co. has proposed a mixed-use residential building at 5151 Wisconsin Ave. NW. The up to $50-million project would include a six-story building with 230 apartments and 17,000 sq ft of commercial space. A below-grade garage would have 230 spaces.
