Ron Brown
President & CEO
Brown Construction Inc.
The Sacramento construction market is seeing some positive growth with signature project starts downtown around the new Golden 1 Center and surrounding areas, Brown says. “Market-rate, mixed-use apartments are an attractive project type for the area, as we have been underserved in that market for quite some time.”
He expects a strong three-year growth for the region before it approaches peak housing demand.
While the labor shortage continues, “we have seen a bit of relief for certain trades,” Brown says.
