The firm also announced three promotions: Stephen Dilts to New York office leader and senior vice president; Gary Hullfish to New Jersey office leader; and Joseph Pizzurro to transit and rail practice leader.
Contractor J. Fletcher Creamer & Son Inc. has promoted Richard V. DeNicola to vice president.
