John Civetta & Sons Inc. has elevated Andy Montoni to vice president. He is managing the Bronx-based heavy construction firm’s rehabilitation contract for the Atlantic Avenue Bridge over the Long Island Rail Road in Brooklyn that was recently awarded by the NYC Dept. of Transportation.
