The new Overhead Door of Bountiful Office and Warehouse mixes industrial warehouse space with offices and high-end features. Concrete was a key element in the design and construction of the 16,500-sq-ft building. Each of its 42 tilt-up concrete panels is integrally colored and will never need to be painted. Sandblasting adds texture to their appearance. The outside relief panels are stepped with alternating parapet heights to provide line breaks.

The interior features an additional decorative panel in the reception area and polished, crack-resistant, joint-free concrete flooring. The lack of joints and the greatly reduced number of saw cuts minimizes wear and tear on the machinery, increases safety by preventing load tips caused by running over floor joints and significantly enhances durability.
