Moss-Lebolo, a joint venture, is leading construction of the $485-million Brickell Flatiron project, a 65-story, mixed-use tower in Miami. The 1-million-sq-ft project, being developed by CMC Group, Miami, will include 654,000 sq ft of residential space spread across 522 units, 46,000 sq ft of office space, 39,000 sq ft of commercial space and a 331,000-sq-ft parking garage. Georgia
BL Harbert International is serving as the general contractor for the $165.1-million Army Cyber Command Headquarters at Fort Gordon. The two-building, 179,000-sq-ft project includes construction of an administrative area that includes special use space for a Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility [SCIF] and forensic lab. Construction, set to start in September, is scheduled to be complete by July 2019. The Savannah District of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is the project owner. North Carolina
Brasfield & Gorrie was hired by Mission Health Systems as the general contractor for the $200-million Mission Hospital for Advanced Medicine in Asheville. The 12-story, 600,000-sq-ft structural-steel building will include 220 patient rooms and 97 emergency room beds. Site and demolition work is underway. Completion is expected in 2019.
