Delaware

Commercial Development Co., St. Louis, is planning the $100-million First Corporate Center in Claymont. The center will sit on 30 acres at the intersection of I-95 and I-495. The developer expects to build four office buildings totaling 600,000 sq ft with trails along a creek and a link to a new transit center. Advancement is pending the developer’s decision to proceed. Groundbreaking could occur after environmental remediation in 2017. The architect is Tevebaugh Associates. District of Columbia

Kettler, McLean, Va., is planning the $100-million Market Terminal mixed-use project in northeast Washington. Phase 1 includes an 11-story building with 450 residential units, retail space and three parking levels; a six-story building with 125 residential units and retail; and a high-rise office building with retail. A park with a community gathering area and pedestrian plaza is also planned. R2L Architects, Washington, is the architect. Maryland

Center Stage Theater, Baltimore, is planning to renovate its 400-seat Head Theater. The project also includes a new lobby, education studio, box office, café and bar and upgrades to bathrooms. Design is underway. Charcoalblue, New York City, is the architect. The $32-million project is expected to move to construction in 2016. Virginia 

Boston Properties, Washington, is planning the Reston Town Center Office Building and Parking Garage (Block 5) in Reston. It includes a 276,800-sq-ft, 17-story office building with 7,800 sq ft of retail and a four-story, 221-space below grade garage. The tower would replace a three-story wing of One Freedom Square. West Virginia 

West Virginia University with Monongalia County Commission and Mylan Park plans to build the Mylan Park Aquatic and Track Complex in Morgantown. The project includes a 75,000-sq-ft building with a 50-meter, eight-lane competition pool with seating for 1,000. Other features are: a diving pool and tower, warming and therapeutic pools, family water park and multipurpose rooms. The track complex will include a 4,000-meter track with seating for 1,000, a jogging loop, sand volleyball courts and a walking trail. Paradigm Architecture, Morgantown, is the architect.
